Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
unwelcoming staff reception issues
The breakfast included acceptable options like eggs and noodles.
I found the reception staff less than cute. They looked unable to confidently answer specific questions during check-in and check-out, such as those about taxes. I went to the reception the day before my departure to request a late check-out because I am seven months pregnant, and they created a fuss about it the next day when I called to confirm.

the room featured a spacious, well-designed layout with high cleanliness standards. the rooftop pool offered amazing views, it had convenient access to public transportation. the hotel provides a huge gym with modern equipment. excellent laundry facilities were available. its proximity to trendy malls enhanced its appeal.
During my visit, i found that the coffee provided in the room was not consistently replenished. I needed to request additional supplies on a couple of occasions.

i found the staff very helpful. the location provided convenient access to restaurants , a shopping mall , and currency exchange services. i appreciated the comfortable room amenities , including comfy pillows and bedding.
housekeeping did not refill the amenities daily. i found this inconvenient , as i had to request them separately.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
modern design comfortable bed central location
The hotel had a modern design. Breakfast was busy, however, well organized. I got a room upgrade, which I appreciated. The room had a spacious design, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel is central. Shopping centers and the KL Tower are very near.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area has twenty loungers. a shaded section. There is also on-site parking, for which I was charged 18RM per night for unlimited entry.
